A car bomb went off in front of the headquarters of Mellitah, an oil and gas joint venture between Italy's ENI and Libyan state oil firm NOC. At least one person was injured, according to 'thelocal' news agency. Isis said in a statement on Twitter that one of its 'security detachments targeted the headquarters of Mellitah Oil and Gas with a car bomb in the Dhahra district in downtown Tripoli'.
